Our written and audio practices typically take between 3 - 20 minutes to complete. The practices are in English. Each month, you can tell us what types of practices you want to receive. Currently, we have guided practices from the following categories: (1) journaling (2) breathing exercises (3) guided imagery (4) meditation (5) creative art (6) mindfulness and (7) CBT.

How Many practices will
i have access to?
You'll receive five personalized practices when you first sign up and again on the first of each month. Science has shown that with behavior change, less is more. With five practices, you'll be able to test them all out without feeling overloaded. If you don't like one of your practices, you can exchange it for a new one. You can exchange up to two practices per month. In addition to your new practices, you'll have 24/7 access to all your past practices.
What is Self-care
In addition to the guided Neolth practices you receive each month, we encourage self-care tracking. You can record anything you do for relaxation. Do you use Strava for running? Use Spotify to listen to music? Record all of this and more on your Neolth calendar to see how it influences your stress and health.
How does the
You can sign up for a recurring monthly or annual subscription using PayPal and can cancel anytime. If you don't want to use PayPal, you can make manual monthly or annual payments with your credit card. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to your practices. If you decide to subscribe to Neolth again, your past practices will be accessible.
can i use?
Neolth is a cloud-based platform. You can access it from your computer or phone. To get to the platform, go to cloud.neolth.com. Some office networks restrict access to certain websites. If you have trouble accessing Neolth from your office, please try from your network at home.
Coming soon, Neolth will also be available as a mobile app.
how do i link my account
with my doctor?
If your doctor prescribed Neolth, they will send you a referral code. Use this code when you register to link your account. We recommend that you use Neolth with your doctor, but you can sign up on your own. If you do, you can always link your doctor later on in your account settings.
How is it
Our algorithm uses the information you provide in the Neolth Digital Assessment, which is a survey you complete after subscribing. During the month, we'll ask you to answer a few questions about your health. At the end of the month, you can give us feedback on what you liked. We use this information to update your stress management plan.

up for neolth?
If you'd like to link your account to your doctor, ask them to sign up for Neolth (it's free for doctors). Have them send you their Neolth referral code. Link your account by entering it in the referral code section during registration or your account settings after registration.
Who can sign up
as an hcp?
Any accredited healthcare provider can sign up as an HCP. This includes a MD, PhD, PsyD, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCSW, PT, DPT, ATR, DO, ND, NP, PA, etc. When you sign up, we'll ask you to submit your credentials and affiliation. We'll verify that you're a HCP through our approval process and activate your account within 24 hours. Then you're ready to go!
What if I have problems with my ACcount?

Is Neolth covered by insurance or reimbursable?
Not yet, but we're planning on it! Send us the name of your insurance if you'd like Neolth to be a covered service in the future.
For HCPs: You may be able to use CPT code 99490 for chronic care management, 99484 for behavioral health care management, or CPT code G2012 for a telemedicine check-in. Reimbursement is subject to eligibility criteria (patient's diagnosis, time spent monitoring, etc.). Refer to each code for details.
