What relaxation practices will I get?

Our written and audio practices typically take between 3 - 20 minutes to complete. The practices are in English. Each month, you can tell us what types of practices you want to receive. Currently, we have guided practices from the following categories: (1) journaling (2) breathing exercises (3) guided imagery (4) meditation (5) creative art (6) mindfulness and (7) CBT.

02

who makes the

relaxation practices?

Neolth practices are made by doctors who are experts in Integrative and Mind-body Medicine. To learn more, see the Featured Practitioners page.

03

How Many practices will

i have access to?

You'll receive five personalized practices when you first sign up and again on the first of each month. Science has shown that with behavior change, less is more. With five practices, you'll be able to test them all out without feeling overloaded. If you don't like one of your practices, you can exchange it for a new one. You can exchange up to two practices per month. In addition to your new practices, you'll have 24/7 access to all your past practices.

04

What is Self-care

Tracking?

In addition to the guided Neolth practices you receive each month, we encourage self-care tracking. You can record anything you do for relaxation. Do you use Strava for running? Use Spotify to listen to music? Record all of this and more on your Neolth calendar to see how it influences your stress and health.

05

How does the

subscription work?

You can sign up for a recurring monthly or annual subscription using PayPal and can cancel anytime. If you don't want to use PayPal, you can make manual monthly or annual payments with your credit card. If you cancel your subscription, you will no longer have access to your practices. If you decide to subscribe to Neolth again, your past practices will be accessible.

06

Which devices

can i use?

Neolth is a cloud-based platform. You can access it from your computer or phone. To get to the platform, go to cloud.neolth.com. Some office networks restrict access to certain websites. If you have trouble accessing Neolth from your office, please try from your network at home.

07

how do i link my account

with my doctor?

If your doctor prescribed Neolth, they will send you a referral code. Use this code when you register to link your account. We recommend that you use Neolth with your doctor, but you can sign up on your own. If you do, you can always link your doctor later on in your account settings.

08

How is it

personalized?

Our algorithm uses the information you provide in the Neolth Digital Assessment, which is a survey you complete after subscribing. During the month, we'll ask you to answer a few  questions about your health. At the end of the month, you can give us feedback on what you liked. We use this information to update your stress management plan.

09

How is my

data used?

We use your data to create and update your stress management plan. We'll automatically send you monthly progress reports. If you linked your doctor to your Neolth account, your doctor will also receive these progress reports. Neolth is HIPAA-compliant, which means that we protect your personal health information and do not share it with outside parties. For more information see our Privacy Policy.
